Clan Mothers Circle

Monday, 4 November 2019, 6:30pm-9:00pm – Quaker Meeting House

Skunk 1This month we welcome Walks Tall Woman, Clan Mother of the 11th Moon Cycle, who teaches us how to Share our Truth by Walking our Truth. With her Totem, Skunk, and the colour White, we learn magnetism and how to attract what we need as well as how to repel what we don’t want in our lives. Walks Tall then helps take the actions needed to change life’s situations, without waiting for others or depending on them to do it for us.

Please note we are now back at the Quaker Meeting House for the winter.

Do bring with your word, totem animal and path for the month if you have them. If you do not, please look inward or draw a totem for the month if you can prior to Monday!

As always please bring drums and rattles and any other instruments, floor cushions and a blanket as a lap cloth and for lying on (although there are also chairs).

This Circle is open to all women and girls over 10.

Open Creative Evening

Monday, 18 November 2019, 6:00pm-9:00pm – Tayanita Medicine Lodge

Bear Paw 3 smallThis Open Creative Evening is an opportunity for us to come together in community and create! When we create, it comes straight from our Orenda and becomes tangible Spirit in our lives. We will work in a sociable way but also in Ceremony with Sacred intent.

This little medicine bag on the right was my latest creative project. What’s yours? Or just come have a tea with us and watch the rest of us work!

Come early, come late, but just show up! Open to all.

Please bring your ideas, all materials and all tools you will need to work on your project.

Monday, 2 December 2019, 6:30pm-9:00pm – Quaker Meeting House

Moose 1This month, we are honoured to welcome Gives Praise, Clan Mother of the 13th Moon Cycle. This Clan Mother shows us how to transform our lives with the attitude of gratitude and through Sacred Ceremony, reclaiming our true, authentic Selves with her Totem Moose and the Medicine of self-esteem, healing our spirits and opening our hearts and minds to our connection with All our Relations. This connection to our own Orenda, to the Universe, to Mother Earth and All Our Relations is what sustains us, feeds us and helps us blossom into our true, authentic Selves.

I am grateful to sit in Ceremony with all of you in Circle. Through connection and gratitude, we will feed our spirits and regroup our energy so we can continue clearly on the Beauty Path.

Please bring your braid for the year and this month. Please also bring your drums, rattles, flutes and any other instruments – we have some to share.  Bring a blanket and cushion so you will be comfortable sitting and laying on the floor (although there are chairs).

This Circle is open to all women and girls over 10.
